I tell it as follows as I started the proof experiment of the omen maintenance system for practical use of IoT (Internet of Things) in the maintenance duties of plant facilities.

Experiment contents	We participate in three proof experiments that is in co-operation form as test bed providers from the situation as the user to system development. The content to demonstrate is as follows. I install various sensors in a land pump and the underwater pump and carry out in condition monitoring continually. About the underwater pump which a sensing point is limited to, an effect is expected by insulation resistance and the monitoring of the resistance ingredient short circuit electric current. Boil up the monitoring data in a cloud from a gateway installed in the spot, data "ka (visualize it, and graph it) to see". By "ka to see" done data, the comprehensive state grasp that it is hard to realize by the intermittent human monitoring is expected to realize it. I inspect the effect that this "ka to see" gives for equipment maintenance duties. At the stage, I hang the data which "ka to see" is available for for the data analysis by the AI (artificial intelligence) and let you finally arrive at the omen maintenance from tendency analysis next time.
